Francisco J. Gonzalez, a practicing civil trial attorney and USSF Registered Players’ Intermediary, received his Bachelor of Arts in Education from Oklahoma Wesleyan University. He then went on to study law at Barry University’s School of Law, earning his J.D. in 2003. Francisco is admitted to practice law in the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the District of Columbia, and the State of Florida, including the Middle Federal District Court.
Francisco, an avid sports enthusiast, grew up competing in numerous sports from an early age – particularly tennis, football, baseball, and of course, soccer, which he ultimately played at the collegiate level.
Formerly an Agent Advisor with Sports Management Worldwide (SMWW), Francisco Gonzalez has successfully been mentored by Dr. Lynn Lashbrook, President and Founder of SMWW, meeting all the requirements of becoming a SMWW Agent Advisor. These requirements include agent regulations and player association legalities, contract negotiations, endorsements, sponsorships, ethics, collective bargaining agreements, draft preparation, marketing and recruiting.
In 2017, Francisco joined forces with Gonzalo Clavijo and his team at Pro Soccer Player (PSP). At PSP, Francisco focuses his practice on a thorough understanding of updates to agent and federation regulations around the world, contract negotiations, endorsements, sponsorships, ethics, collective bargaining agreements, draft preparation, marketing, as well as guidance through expertise in the areas of wealth management, business operations, financial planning, career development and post-career planning. He is well proficient at preparing you for your sports career, possessing the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to assist professional athletes.
