After studying Industrial Technology at the California University of Pennsylvania, Rick Gach moved to the Orlando area from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to begin a career as a workers’ compensation adjuster. In 1989, he began work as a litigation paralegal for a large personal injury firm assisting with workers’ compensation claims. As a litigation paralegal he assisted attorneys at hearings before Judges of Compensation Claims.

In 2004, he began representing claimants at hearings before Administrative Law Judges at the Social Security Administration’s Office of Hearing Operations. In 2005, he was among the first group of non-attorney representatives in the nation to qualify for eligibility for direct payment of non-attorney fees (EDPNA) by the Social Security Administration.

In 2013, he founded SSD Solutions based on the premise that clients deserve a more personalized experience with their Social Security Disability cases. He is dedicated to providing quality one-on-one representation and takes pride in helping disabled individuals obtain much needed benefits.

Mr. Gach joined the Gonzalez Law Firm team in 2017. His extensive knowledge in Social Security Disability matters is an integral part of our Disability practice. His professionalism, experience and work ethic is well know in the industry, and he is highly respected among his peers, attorneys and non-attorney representatives.

Mr. Gach is a qualified Non-Attorney Representative who has met all the requirements under the Social Security Administration EDPNA Program.
