Francisco J. Gonzalez is a civil trial lawyer whose areas of practice include wrongful death, automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, medical malpractice and other personal injury matters. Mr. Gonzalez also handles Social Security Disability cases, for those who are unable to work due to their disabling condition, as well as Bankruptcy matters under Chapter 7 and Chapter 13.
Mr. Gonzalez received his undergraduate degree from Oklahoma Wesleyan University. Subsequently, Mr. Gonzalez earned his Juris Doctor degree from Barry University School of Law. Since 1999, Mr. Gonzalez has been assisting thousands of injured individuals who have been victims of someone else’s negligence. Additionally, Mr. Gonzalez has successfully represented thousands of disabled individuals before the Social Security Administration, in connection to their inability to sustain employment and their need to secure Social Security Disability benefits due to their disabling condition.
Mr. Gonzalez is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida, the District of Columbia, and United States Supreme Court, as well as the Middle Federal District Court, Florida.
He currently serves on the Oklahoma Wesleyan University Board of Trustees, as well as the Board of Directors of Humanitarian Airlift International, an organization which operates aircraft in support of medical facilities in the United States and Mexico.
