Fernando Gonzalez Matheus

Gonzalez Matheus has been an Economist since 1985 and, from that year, he began his professional and managerial activities, which include his Family business (with more than 200 employees) and the Large Transnational Corporation. The latter, with presence in 23 countries and 4 Continents, focuses in the area of mass consumption with the manufacture, distribution and marketing of non-alcoholic beverages.
His family business focuses in the construction sector, participating in small and large construction projects, with manufacturing, installation, marketing, distribution, and import and export of products and goods. Gonzalez Matheus has acquired tremendous management experience directing such companies in areas such as supply chain, production, marketing and sales, administration and corporate finance, new businesses and products, personnel management and conflict resolution. His business vision ranges from the small details that the family business has taught him, to the strategic planning of the transnational corporations.
At the institutional level, he has participated in different Public and Private organizations representing the Business sector before the National and Regional Government, as well as on the boards of Business Guilds such as the Association of Executives, the Chamber of Industrialists, and the National Association of Beverages and Glass as a director and president. In terms of Corporate Social Responsibility, he has acted as president and director of the Voluntary Dividend for the Community-DVC, where they manage six canteens in less privileged communities, feeding more than 600 children every day from Monday to Friday.
Currently, Gonzalez Matheus continues participating in these activities and advising companies and institutions in the development of new businesses and projects, as well as maintaining his union and institutional activity.
